What Awaits You at Central?
- More than a quarter of Central’s students are enrolled in a music, art or theatre course.
- All Central students can perform in any of the college’s 19 music ensembles, ranging from classical to jazz to pop.
- Central’s music major gives students the foundation for performance, scholarship, music business, church music and more.
- Music education students can earn licensure to teach music in public schools — and build valuable mentoring relationships with local teachers.
- Music students can also take courses in arts administration, entrepreneurship and not-for-profit management.
