Join us in celebrating the holidays Dutch style with Lowell Olivier-Shaw. We will
share traditional foods of the season along with Lowell’s own Bisschopswijn which is
mulled wine and cider spices. Relax and enjoy good company before the craziness
of the holidays gets into full swing.
Lowell Olivier-Shaw, conference coordinator at Central College since 2000,
is also owner of Bisschopswijn-Mulled Wine & Spices. He holds dining etiquette
seminars for students and professionals, bartends at the Big Steer in Altoona and collects antiques.
