Why Did You Choose Central College? I chose Central College because its small size allows me to study the major I want with a better connection between teachers and students. I was also given the opportunity to continue to participate in athletics at the collegiate level.
What Is Your Favorite Central College Tradition? My favorite tradition at Central is Breakfast of Champions. It’s a great event to break away from studying for finals and enjoy some breakfast for dinner.
What Is your Favorite Weekend Activity at Central College? Whenever I get the chance, I like to support some of our sports teams. On other occasions, I hang out with friends in the resident halls or out at local spots in Pella.
What Is the Tastiest Meal From Central Market or Fred’s? Cook-to-order pancakes!
What Is Your Most Memorable Experience at Central College Thus Far? My most memorable experience at Central so far has been Homecoming week. I liked going to events like the headphone disco and the football game with my friends.
What Do You Enjoy About Being an Admission Ambassador? I enjoy being able to show future students what makes Central a great place to be.
What Is Your Favorite Thing About Pella/Iowa? Pella has a lot of great local shops and places in the area to grab a bite to eat or go out with friends. A trip home to Des Moines is also not a big hassle.
What’s a Fun Fact About You? I wanted to be an artist before I got into math and science!
