Transcripts
In compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as Amended, transcripts cannot be issued without your written or electronic consent; therefore, the registrar’s office requires that all official requests for transcripts be made by electronic authentication via the Parchment, Inc. ordering system. Phone requests are not accepted.

Electronic (PDF) Transcript (eTranscript) With Tracking Service
An eTranscript is a certified, electronically delivered official PDF transcript sent securely to the e-mail address you designate. eTranscripts are digitally certified as official using Adobe’s Blue Ribbon digital certificate and are identical to a paper transcript. Central College’s official transcript third-party vendor, Parchment, Inc., charges a nominal fee of $3.50 per transcript for this service which must be paid using a credit or debit card. Requests for transcripts must be made by the student through Parchment, no 3rd party requests will be accepted. Transcripts will not be released if the student requesting them has outstanding financial obligations at Central College, as determined by the controller’s and financial aid offices.
eTranscript requests received by 8 a.m. Central Time are typically processed by 3 p.m. that same day (Monday-Friday only).
Paper Transcripts (Mailed via US Postal Mail-Standard Delivery)
Current and former students can request official transcripts to be mailed via U.S. Postal Service (standard delivery) through Central College’s third party vendor, Parchment, Inc. Parchment charges a nominal fee of $3.50 per transcript. Transcript requests received by 8:00 a.m. Central Time are typically processed by 3:00 p.m. that same day (M-F only) and are mailed using first-class postage unless overnight processing is requested. See Overnight Service below for more information. Requests for a transcripts must be made by the student through Parchment, no 3rd party requests will be accepted. Transcripts will not be released if the student requesting them has outstanding financial obligations at Central College, as determined by the controller’s and financial aid offices.
Overnight Service*
To order a paper transcript using overnight service you must submit your request via the Parchment, Inc., ordering service where Parchment, Inc. ensures the security and confidentiality of your credit card information. The charge for overnight service is $40 per address plus a nominal fee of $3.50 per transcript. Transcripts will not be released if the student requesting them has outstanding financial obligations at Central College, as determined by the controller’s and financial aid offices.
Postage and Overnight Fees for All Transcript Requests
- E-transcript with tracking service (3 p.m. Monday-Friday): $3.50
- Paper transcript with tracking service (1-2 days): first-class mail — $3.50
- Paper transcript (1-2 days): first-class mail — $3.50
- Overnight service using USPS Flat Rate Overnight: $40 per address and $3.50 Parchment processing fee per transcript*
