A Cappella Choir Fall Mini-Tour will perform Friday, Oct. 25, and Saturday, Oct. 26, in Des Moines, Iowa. Performance times and locations are:
- 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, St. Paul’s Cathedral, 815 High Street
- 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, Des Moines Art Center, 4700 Grand Avenue
- 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, St. Ambrose Cathedral during Mass, 607 High Street
We are also celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Christmas Candlelight concerts Dec. 5-7 in Des Moines and on Central’s campus.
- 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, Westminster Presbyterian Church, 4114 Allison Avenue
- A pre-concert reception for choir alumni begins at 6:45 p.m.
- 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, Douwstra Auditorium
- 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, Douwstra Auditorium
Alumni are welcome to join the choir for three closing selections. Rehearsal would take place at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 6-7. Please email Mark Babcock by Friday, Nov. 29, if you would like to participate.
