An Introduction to Home Brewing: How to make beer at home with minimum equipment. This is a quick overview of the brewing process for amateur oenologists and equipment required to make your first batch. Beer Tasting 101: We will review the characteristics of six different beer styles and sample a commercial example of each style. Where possible, we use beers produced by Iowa craft breweries. Larger samples will be available for purchase after the class.
