About Anna Christensen

Anna Christensen has taught at Central College since 2017.  She has published articles in the Journal of Medical EthicsAncient Philosophy and History of Philosophy Quarterly, as well as book chapters in The Routledge Handbook of Hellenistic Philosophy and in Ancient Women Philosophers: Recovered Ideas and New Perspectives (Cambridge: forthcoming).

At Central, she teaches classes such as biomedical Ethics, Environmental Ethics, C.S. Lewis and The Philosophy of Death and Dying. She enjoys playing violin in the Central College Community Orchestra and volunteering for the pit in theatrical ensembles during her free time.
