American sport history, gender and history, American pop culture and 20th-century America
Lori Witt has taught at Central College since 2003. She is also the faculty advisor for the History Club and the national history honor society, Phi Alpha Theta. She also is a Faculty Athletics Representative and serves on the Board of the State Historical Society of Iowa. Outside of courses, she enjoys following Central sports (most pro and college sports, to be honest), keeping up with her girls’ lives, walking her dog and traveling.
