About Stavros Papakonstantinidis
Stavros Papakonstantinidis brings more than 20 years of diverse professional experience in public relations and integrated marketing communications across Europe. He has led and executed numerous strategic campaigns, providing expert guidance in communication management and brand development. The author of two New York–published books on social media branding and over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles, Papakonstantinidis combines scholarly depth with industry insight. As the appointed country research expert for Greece on European Commission–funded labor market projects, he bridges academic rigor with real-world impact in his teaching and research. Before joining Central College in 2021, he spent nine years working in Europe and eight years in the Middle East, developing a truly global perspective on communication, media and culture. In addition to his academic work, Papakonstantinidis maintains a strong social media presence through his sports-focused YouTube channel, which has attracted more than 30,000 subscribers and over 60 million views worldwide.
