July 19 began as an impressive day in the history of Vermeer. With more than 400 customers and dealers visiting from around the world, Vermeer celebrated 70 years of business by sharing new products and a vision for an exciting future. But the day will be remembered for much more. Shortly after 4 p.m., an EF3 tornado ripped through the mile-long campus. Hear Jason recount the minutes, hours and days following an event that has changed Vermeer forever. However, what’s more important than the moments that followed the tornado is the foundation of and commitment to continuous improvement that is helping Vermeer to handle this crisis. Learn about who Vermeer is and how this catastrophe is turning into an opportunity.
