Conflicts over the control of territory have long been a prime cause of war in international politics. Learn from David Carter, Washington University professor, as he introduces “Territorial Disputes, Border Politics and Conflict in International Politics” at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 22, Dave and Ardie Sutphen Common Room, Graham Annex.

The cost is $20 and includes dinner. A cash bar will also be available. Register by Thursday, May 15.
